Sale items are final sale and may not be returned. Pre-Order specials are exchange only, no refunds are available on those specials.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused
• Free from any kind of Stain
• Free from any smell of detergent and/or aerosol
• Should be in the original packaging

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for a reason not due to our error will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you a notification email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

IF you haven’t received a refund yet after receiving our mail of approved refund, first check your bank account again.

Shipping

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Even if you receive an approved refund mail then the cost of shipping will be excluded from your refund. The time for an exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on your location.

Note: Please note only 2 items of the entire order will be allowed to get exchanged or returned. If the order consists of more than 2 items, exchanging or returning all of them will not be granted.
